I hate to ask this question, but I have been unable to move a program that I have ready for the Create Application process. My embarrassing question is: How do I get the .bas version of my small program from LB4.5.1 to a folder I have established to hold programs? Hmmm - I am not supposed to run the Create Application process while the program is still in the LB area am I?
It is obvious that there is an extremely large amount of programming knowledge associated with LB and those that use this blog. My hat is off to those that take the time to help folks like myself.
Thanks, a bunch JustNorm

Yes, you can specify where you want the program to go. The folder should already exist. Then when you use the Create Application menu in Liberty BASIC specify the full path. So if your target folder it c:\myapp\ then specify a path and exe name like for example c:\myapp\appname.exe Does that help?

Just to clarify, the location of your program source code does not need to change. The Create Application feature will create an executable compiled version of your program in the folder you specify without affecting anything you have already done. Your existing files stay where they are. If you then need to copy some other data files your program might use to the new location, you do that after using Create Application.
