If I upgrade to the pro version, does that allow me to create a standalone executable without having to provide those extra files? I purchased the Basic version a while ago and can create a .exe file but I have to have all the other files with it. I would prefer to have just the .exe and nothing else. Willing to upgrade to Pro if that will do it. Thank you.

Hello, thank you for your quick response. When I look at the features for the Pro version it mentions "Application deployment", what does that mean?

That feature is an additional menu option that automates the steps needed for application deployment. It creates a TKN file, copies all required runtime engine files to the target folder, and renames files as necessary(the TKN and the EXE).

AND it allows you to specify any additional files that your program may need that are not part of Liberty BASIC including data files, text files, BMP files, WAV files, etc. that your program may use. -Carl

Ah, good point, that had slipped my mind.
Makes it far easier to gather all your resources to prepare for posting it somewhere.

Just my two cents: This tool creates a single Exe and doesn't extract the files to the Hard-Disk: enigmaprotector.com/en/aboutvb.htmlSomething that works too, is to compress the runtime exe and libraries, without the tokenized file. Then you can rename the resulting exe to match the Tkn as we always did. So you have one exe and one tkn.
