1.) Is the torch always going to be on the bar at the top left of LB programs?
2.) How can I create horizonal comma delimited files ie;
"Name",34,56,"place"
Thanks

I cant really say it much better than the help file says it. It can take a little time to get to know where everything is in the help file but if you start at the top overviews there are links that will take you to the correct place.
Just keep printing lines to the file to store more information line by line. If you read it back in to an array you can sort it into any order you wish. with the SORT command

About comma delimited. You just have to add commas by yourself (actually, quotes too). (Not really hard - but time to ask - do you actually need it? For writing/reading with LB, single item on a line probably will do better) EDIT: especially quotes. You get them in variable with input, so variable would contain not (Name) but ("Name")
'"Name",34,56,"place" a$="Name" b=34 c=56 d$="place"
print a$;",";b;",";c;",";d$ print Quote$(a$);",";b;",";c;",";Quote$(d$)
open "test.txt" for output as #1 print #1, a$;",";b;",";c;",";d$ print #1, Quote$(a$);",";b;",";c;",";Quote$(d$) close #1
'make some pause so file got written timer 300, [ok] wait
[ok] timer 0
'to see what 's going on print "notepad.exe "+DefaultDir$+"\test.txt" run "notepad.exe "+DefaultDir$+"\test.txt" end
function Quote$(a$) 'adds (") if not done yet qq$=chr$(34) '(") Quote$ = a$ if left$(a$, 1)<>qq$ then Quote$=qq$+a$+qq$ end function

OK, thanks guys. This seems like a convoluted way to do things but being able to make a gui makes it worth it. Not to mention it will run on Windows 10.
