Mac os 10.14.4
Some stuff I have seen -
In Editor: Edit -> Find and Replace: throws an unhandled exception.
In Editor: When you rename a file the new name is not reflected in the file tab. (actually if load or save a different file it will update all the tab names)
In Editor: It would be cool if the editor parsed file path characters "\" and "/" in windows and unix environments so that only a single file path character would be required across both environments (or maybe some directive to handle both environment's path characters based on OS) - I don't know. This is not a bug - just a wish list item.
LB5: Somehow I managed to orphan a window that I could no longer close. I had probably launched several versions of the code while working with it and somehow left one running under the LB5 editor window. I closed that code file and went on to working with other files. Later I noticed this file running and tried to close it using the "x" button, but it would not close. It worked fine while working with the file previously. There was a trap for the close event for this window. I have not been able to reproduce the situation.
LB5: Working with the LB4 demo file bitmap.bas I have found that the command to write a new face onto a bitmap button (print #main.button1, "bitmap arrow") does not seem to work. The loadbmp command is working fine, I altered the code to display the bitmaps. I will post the code in a comment to this item.
LB5: I don't think anyone would be shocked to hear that the command StyleBits is not supported on the mac os. It leverages truly windows WIN32 functionality.
LB5: I am working on converting the BUTTONS1.bas file to LB5. I am having issues with graphics not firing at the right times. I think the graphics window needs more work in the LB5 mac os environment.
