I want to read in 8 CSV files. They have exactly the same content (nr of columns) i.e. their data is totally different but they have the same number of "columns". Their filenames are very different because they've been derived from different sources and that's where the pain is. For me, the difference in the files is their name only. I'd like to use the MAPHANDLE instruction but I can't seem to find a proper example that shows how I can open each file under its own name and have a single INPUTCSV routine to read them all. The purpose of this all is to merge them into an SQLITE database, which I want to do a file at a time while testing. I know this can be achieved via other easier means but I want to learn how the MAPHANDLE instruction works.
Any pointers or ready made examples would be very welcome.

Just a bit of perseverance and a lot of trial and error - I have solved my problem.

Yes I did, and the program opens AND reads all 8 files through the use of one subroutine. I am happy with the solution.
