I spent hours looking at it. Lb is giving me a syntax error. I can't see and after staring at it for several hours. I thought I might get another perspective.
Print #whtml,".video-container {position: relative ; padding-bottom: 56.25% ; padding-top: 30px ; height: 0 ; overflow: hidden ; }"
if anyone would care to help. Thanks TexasPete

Works fine for me on LB4.5. Is file #whtml opened correctly for output?

What is the error that you are getting?
Are you opening the file for output prior to issuing the command?
The code below worked for me on LB4.5.1 as well as LB5 Alpha 351.

Yes the code has the proper open statement. It makes it difficult to diagnose because the debug only responds with a syntax error. I have been fighting this for over a week. Thanks for your help.

There is an extra chr$() code being injected into the lines of code. I am not sure where it is coming from. I copyed a few lines of code off the internet. I will take the line of code and run it thru displaying each chr$(numeric) number. I don't think that it is chrs(13). The debugger does not identify it. It only says syntax error and stops running.

Texas Pete You type the code in by hand and it works fine, but when you pasted it in from the internet it errors out?

Ctrl-D used to break IDE for me. Sometimes I just miss some other keys.
If I turn on Setup\preferences\"Filter bad characters", save and reload, it reloads without bad characters and works again.
But being ON it does not prevents me from hitting Ctrl-D again (though vilters paste operation from bad characters)
