Not sure if this has been raised. Searched but didn't find.
Syntax colouring isn't working correctly.
IP1$ = upto$(SITERECORD$(sRecord, 7), ".")

Yeah, there are some areas where the syntax coloring fails. You can get it to work correctly by adding a space after the "UpTo$(" command. I personally would hate that in my code, but LB technically ignores the space. See the code below.
Dim SITERECORD$(0, 0) SITERECORD$(0, 0) = "192.168.125.125" IP1$ = upto$( SITERECORD$(0, 0), ".")
Print IP1$
{:0)

I'd rather have the syntax colouring issue rather than the space! It was just in case there is going to be a 4.5.2 or perhaps even a 4.6!!! hint hint!!
