If you mean just downloading the link, then yes.
a$ = httpget$("http://libertybasic.fr/upload/distances.zip")
open "distances.zip" for output as #file print #file, a$; close #file
If you mean finding the link on the page to download it, that's a whole different ballgame that requires you to know HTML and how to parse it. You'd have to manually go through the string you obtain from the page, look for the links, and then look for the one you want.
