Hey all, I was trying to download a DLL as a *.zip file from Alyces Restaurant but neither Edge or Chrome will let me do it. I tried several different files with no luck. I can download files from other sites. Could a few people be so kind as to try it and report back here what happens? alycesrestaurant.comThanks, -Carl

Yup the dll links just open a Google search page with no explanation. Also for example the 'page counter' is not avaiable, etc...

If you view the page source instead of clicking the dll zip file link, locate the required dll link then right click/save link as, the correct zip file is downloaded. I've no idea why the main link doesn't work, hovering on the links, Firefox shows the correct url for the download.

"Save link as" does download a HTML file, so it seems there is something broken on Alyce's site. "Copy link location" and pasting it into the address field of the browser will download the file.

It's happening when the "referer" header is set, for some reason.
It's set by the browser, by default, to the page you navigated from. If you go directly to a page, it's blank.
For some reason, if the "referer" header is set, it auto-redirects to Google instead when triggering the download.
