A new version of LBNet is now available, at: github.com/iversc/lbnet/releases/tag/2.3.0Thank you very much to fwm, who pointed out that, due to a flaw in the code, it did not actually work on Windows 11. This has now been fixed.

And the bigger thank you goes to Chris Iverson, who did the hard work and fixed it!

Is there a detailed description of what LBNet does? I don't see one in the ZIP file or on the Github page.

Huh... that's a good point, and a rather surprising oversight, in hindsight.
I am in the middle of writing documentation for it, but a general overview is not something I have yet.

The caption on the github link describes LBNet as: "Easy-to-use DLL for network access from Liberty BASIC." Since it is so new and has so few users at this point, it took some extra effort to get it past Norton Antivirus and the Edge browser's defenses, both of which wanted to block the DLL as a potentially dangerous file. I was able to overcome these and am now looking it over. Thanks, Chris, for sharing all your hard work.

Don't suppose you've made any progress with any docs for this chris?

Not much for a while. Thank you for reminding me, actually. I do have the index and basic usage of the TCP and UDP functions complete, but I'm still working on the TLS functions, as well as a general overview of sockets themselves. You can see what I've got so far at github.com/iversc/lbnet/blob/master/docs/. If there's anything specific you'd like me to cover, I can make sure to focus on that. I was going to work on the general sockets overview next.

I mean, I can probably code a UI around it as a basic demo, but what are you looking for the UI to do? An example, or something specific?
The library itself is intended to be integrated into your own code to allow your code to perform network connections and transfers.
