I have 4.5.1 and no Freeform. What happened to it?

It's still there. Your LB INI file probably got deleted somehow.
You can re-add it to the External Programs list manually. Setup Menu -> External Programs -> New -> Enter "FreeForm" as the label -> Click "Browse" -> find the freeform TKN file in your LB sample code folder, the one that got installed with LB.

How do I access setup menu? I see where freeform tkn is in the 4.5.1 folder, so I know it's there.

It's one of the main menus at the top of the LB IDE.
File - Edit - Run - Setup - Help.

I did this and then when I try and run the program here is what I get.... Runtime error v4.5.1\bmp\95sysbxd.bmp not found Have no idea what this means other than missing a bitmap image I guess. All of the example files and demo files like freeform450.bas are stored in your %appdata% folder. This is how the install routine works. To get to the %appdata% folder open preferences and make sure the welcome file is checked to be opened when you first start Liberty. This will ensure you are looking at %appdata% directory, now use open to find the freeform450.bas or freeform450.tkn. When you open and run either they will find their bmp files in the subdirectory %appdata%\bmp
You can't just move the .bas or .tkn you have to ensure that you make all of the files it uses available in your new location.
I suspect you have changed directories and are not using the default directories created when Liberty BASIC installs.
You can just install it again, don't change the default directories the install routine chooses. You wont lose any files, then things will be in the place they are supposed to be.
