Two years ago, my wife had triple bypass surgery. Due to that and other factors at the time, she suffers from short term memory. So I now am doing most of the cooking except the occasional breakfast. I know how to cook but not create. I now have almost 100 recipes that I've copied from a variety of sources and have saved them using WordPad and save them in a folder. But as the group grows, I find it harder and harder to find what I want so I created Recipe Tracker. Recipes are displayed in an edit widow in a list box and will be identified with up to 20 different categories such as Beef, Chicken, Fish, etc. This program allow one to select a recipe, display the recipe in WordPad and edit it or print it or edit the name and the categories it is associated with. You can also do a search for a word or short phrase. There is also a note text box if one wants to put additional info about the recipe. I strongly suggest that the zipped files be unzipped to a folder under your hard drive as Windows 10 sometimes confuses what is the DefaultDir$. I use a folder called Food. There is one gag recipe included with the files so you see how things work. It can be deleted when ready. There is only a picture in it and my windows 10 wants to block it. Below is a small picture of the Edit window. After running the program, the edit window will open up. I strongly suggest you close it and in the main window open Menus-ReadMe first. Below is a picture of the Edit window. If you are interested, contact me and I can e mail you the zip file.

Years ago I had a commercial program that use a lot of these type buttons so.
First of all I created 4 blanks for you to use but then the photo storage converted them from BMP to PNG and I could only post two of them but not all four. If you contact me through e mail I will send you the four blanks I used 8 point text.
