This may end up being an embarrassing question, but I'll accept any ridicule Issue: I have a LB program that plots some points in a graphics box, but if I then minimize the program and the nicely drawn screen, upon restoring it everything is gone (other than the check boxes). I had to utilize a 'refresh' checkbox to get the screen re-drawn, but I cant imagine this is normal behavior (having to do that over and over is a drag). Same issue if I put any type of window on top, covering the plot - upon re-establishing the LB screen, any part of the plot that got covered is now erased. How do I retain what is drawn without having to 'refresh' ? I've attached an example of the problem, the left part of the screen had plotted points, but they were wiped out when I put another window on top (the right part was not covered and retained its points) Attachments:

Hi James,
Maybe you have to flush your drawings the moment you placed them on the screen. Ok FLUSH uses memory, so also check out the segment drawing and so on. Look it up in the help file .... FLUSH

thanks, that did it. And it just took one such Flush statement after everything was drawn - I had feared it would take one flush per plotted point. No more vanishing points
