Multi Line Comment

Hi -  I would like to suggest adding a multi line comment/no comment option to Liberty Basic's Edit menu option.  That is the user highlights several consecutive line, selects the option and they are commented.  Or several commented lines are highlighted the option is selected and they are uncommented.  These would all be consecutive lines.
