Very simple, what am I doing wrong

I just do not see why the close statements are not working....
Just trying to purge some junk from an input file, and generating one without it. The close statements are not functiong.
Always get this error, the file is written as expected.

Change this line Do until EOF = -1 to this Do until EOF(#infile) = -1
