I purchased Liberty Basic a few years back but I've lost the registration code. Is it possible to retrieve it?

Carl has reissued registration codes in the past. You would need to email him the exact purchase details ie when and using what email did you make the purchase. Alternatively, as I did, I repurchased the latest version.

Alternatively, as I did, I repurchased the latest version. I went ahead and about the newest version. I don't remember now what version I had before. Do you know how long it takes to get the registration code after payment?

Not sure if it is fully automated or whether Carl has to click ok. But be sure to look at your junk mail box. The registration response often gets treated as junk mail.

Every program I purchase goes on a thumb drive in it's own folder. Also in that folder is a text file with the registration data. In 20 years and a couple of computers, I have never lost a registration code. As a backup, I have a yahoo email account and in that account is a folder called storage. In that folder is the emails or what ever original registration codes I got so I actually have registration codes in two places. However, I know how easy it is to loose things like that. I had a commercial program for about 20 years and in that time many people misplaced the original CD and when they changed computers they were out of luck and I always replaced it free of charge and they always got the latest version.
