Can page navigation be added to the bottom of the page. Right now you have to scroll back to the top of the page to navigate to page 2 etc....

That is a good observation, and I will look into whether or not that's an option.
EDIT: Looking at the behavior of the page, the desktop version of the site bolts the page navigation to the top of the page once you scroll past it. Page numbers and the Prev/Next buttons should always be visible.
In the mobile version, a separate page bar is added to the bottom of the topic view.
Is this behavior different from what you're seeing?

I am at home now and it is working the way you and Chris are describing. I will recheck at work I was sure I looked for it and had to scroll up to see it. Thanks for the reply's

If it's a work machine, check what browser you're using, as well. It's possible whatever CSS/JS trickery they're using to anchor it doesn't work in that version of the browser.
