I have a license for liberty basic pro 4.5.1 and wish to re-install it onto my new PC. I have tried to download it from the website but it does not accept my registration details (name and license details) and just shows it on my pc as an unregistered version. Is there any way I can install it on my new pc?

Hi there,
I think you might find that the version downloaded from the web site is the standard edition so you need to use the download link for the professional version provided in the email to you at the time of purchase.
Hope that helps.

I have a similar problem. Trying to move registered basic 4.5.1 to a replacement pc. Only key I can find is for the first version I bought. Have I screwed myself by not having a record of the upgrade?

Guys, send me an email to carlg@libertybasic.com with your full name, the email you used when you purchased and I will look up your registration information and resend it to you.

Stan, have you checked the forum messages? I sent you details of how to get hold of the pro download. Did you use that download link? If so your hard copy reg code should do the job.
