I coded these once before but have no trace of the original code- so re-invented. Lost in either the forum/wiki collapses, or when I accidentally over wrote my hard drive first 8G... Not yet finished and debugged, but will put a page on my site soon. EDIT link now provided. Photo is my lovely cellist daughter...

No code = No interest

While that's an understandable stance on a programming forum, he posted the code on the page he linked to. He added the link in an edit made at least a day before your post, and the code existed on the linked-to page at least since the 21st according to the Last-Modified header from the site.

Saying "No code = No interest" = no politeness. некультурный. This has always been a forum of polite co-operation. Luckily I have a thick skin...

Re-invented usually gives better results.

Yup, Cundo! I agree that it's good to start afresh but with the knowledge you gained from version 1! It's been a good way forward on many coding projects when I get bogged down. In this case however I'd lost ALL the source material- references, code, most of the images- for two fun projects. The sliding blocks puzzle and the Celtic Knots. So I just lashed up a workable version of each. Not proud of the code style, but they update the web site! link to Celtic Knots on my LB site
