unable to set permissions for installing LB Pro

Hello,

I've purchased Liberty BASIC Pro v4.5.1 but am having difficulty installing the license it on Windows 10.

Every time I start LB Pro it keeps asking for me to register.--looks like a permissions issue. The directory the installer created is locked. I'm an administrator on this computer and I do the following:

left-click on the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Liberty BASIC Pro v4.5.1 
Properties
Security
CREATOR OWNER
Edit
click "FULL CONTROL" 
click "Allow"  -  the boxes all become checked
click "Apply" -  it hesitates for a moment and then the checkboxes are all unchecked

Any suggestions?

Try running the installer so that it starts Liberty BASIC when the installation is complete, and then apply the registration code right there.
