I think I have already proposed this question but I cannot find the answer!
How can I prevent the program proceeding with a > Run < command?
Example :
String$ = ""
run "C:\Pippo\Pluto.exe " + "C:\Pippo\Pluto.tkn"
'The > Pluto < program values the String$ variable.
print String$
The program must wait for the variable > String$ < is valued.
I tried with a > While < loop but it doesn't work! Thank You.

If the called program creates something - maybe a file, you can repeatedly test for that file's existence or not being empty; and then resume your calling program.

Why do you need the added complication of another program? Just use a Sub.
