Can anyone help with this error message. I just started getting it when I try to make a .tkn file. I have never had any issues. I have LB 4.5.1 and 4.5.1 Pro. Pro is the only version that does it.
Runtime error: The resource loader cache doesn't have loaded MUI entry. ( OS error 16r3B01 )

If you Google 'The resource loader cache doesn't have loaded MUI entry.' you will see some entries on Microsoft's support pages. The sense I get is that there is something corrupted in Windows when this happens.

We had the very same error reported recently. The user was trying to httpget$ but did not have a valid url as the argument. H was also loading .bmp files that actually had .jpg content. Not saying its a Liberty error but we are certainly tripping up Windows.
I see you reported the same error back in Sep. How much debugging have you done? Can you get the debugger to stop on an offending line? The common theme seems to be URL handling. Do you do any httpget$() or other file loading?

Thanks, I tried a few compiles to .tkn but I only have Liberty v4.5.1 No errors at all. I found a third report of the same error. So it would seem it is linked to url handling. There has been some debate and advice about // escape style in paths/urls. Your url actually does not need the // to work. Try with a single /
One other thing, it is a runtime error which suggests the program was running. So on Pro what do folks need to do to get the error? Simply click "make .tkn" or something else. Does it always happen or is it random. Is it only this program? Can you compile other programs successfully?

It seems random I just created a token with no issue for a separate program. It is now giving the error when I try to open the .bas file. I will poke around more as time permits. I have been re-writing some code I wrote in 2015 because I have learned how to do things so much better

I am experiencing this error with LB Pro v4.04.
One of these error messages: The resource loader cache doesn't have loaded MUI entry. ( OS error 16r3B01 ) The resource loader failed to find MUI file. ( OS error 16r3AFC )
The Make .tkn compile completes successfully. The error occurs attempting to save the token file.
My issue seems to be related to the total length of the token path\file name. If the length is greater than 127, the MUI error occurs. With a shorter path\file name, the token file is saved with no problem.
By path\file length, the total number of characters in: C:\Users\William\Documents...\filename.tkn
This particular program was written a couple of years ago in a simple file/folder structure with short path\file names. Recently changed the structure to a more nested structure with longer folder names. Attempting to recompile in this new structure resulted in the MUI error.
