Been working on this for a year. Started it with with Just Basic but found no interest in the JB forums.
It is made for Liberty Basic, but the code is not Liberty Basic specific. With slight editing can be used with JB
The JB version is actually a little better than this one.
It all started trying to find a way to automate the making of TKN, and EXE with JB
And ended with Success, and a whole lots of extras.
I hope someone can use it.

Help file is in the zip, and can be accessed through the Menu>Help when run (suggest reading this first for info)
For those who are weary of EXE files (and I don't blame you) -
There is an exe file called htmlviewer.exe in the zipped file. It is a freeware offline htmlviewer I have used for years, it's safe. It doesn't go online at all, was made that way, and it opens the help files instantly. Highly recommended.
If you don't want to use it, just rename it, or delete it, or you can use this link -

to download it yourself (if you do - rename it to htmlviewer.exe, and place it in the extracted folder with Liberty_Help_Lab.bas)
Program defaults to using it, but if not there will open help files in the users default browser.
