Can you compile a console program without using the GUI?
Just a keyboard interface?

I have done it but I had to have child form in order to capture keyboard and mouse messages. Even with a console app there is a form that receives messages.

If you mean "mainwin" program, that is things that work then you use PRINT and INPUT, then it will compile standard LB ways (and will work in a window, black text on white BG) But if you need true console program - text mode, white text on black bg, standard STDIN and STDOUT that could be redirected - it probably be much harder (no buidt-in way) (I think I've seen it done, but it is way over my head)

Without overthinking it the answer is yes, Liberty does not insist on a GUI solution. Many of the demo programs use the Mainwin as their output and also take input, AKA console.
