So, this is something I just noticed, and I'm not quite sure of the cause of it.
When I have a project open in LB Pro, and I go to any option that uses the version browser(Open Version, Browse Differences, etc.), the project path is not filled in for the "Look for projects in" field. Nothing is filled in at all, and I have to manually type in the path to the project to have it show as selectable.
This is regardless of whether projects are in the default LB source code path(under appdata) or in a different folder.

I found that I had to set the path in the Alt(t)+P (Preferences) first mine is C:\users\laurie\AppData\Roaming\PROJECTS\ took me a minute to get my head around it with WINE(win7).

Ahh, I see. I suppose it's been a while since I've needed that.

I guess the only good news is that it gives me a compelling reason to produce a v4.5.2. Not that I really want to.

To be honest, I was only pointing these two bugs out so you can fix them for the eventual LB5 version of Pro.
metro's solution of filling in the project path works just fine.
Thinking about it now, (now that I know about the setting), this is my own fault.
I've combined the source code folders for all my LB installs, and I have multiple versions installed, Pro and otherwise, all pointing at the same folder, for convenience.
And the v4.5.1 and the Pro INI files conflict with each other. (They both use lbasic451.ini).

My PRO-V4.04 has (had) the same issue. The date on my copy of the lbpro404setup.exe is 9-August-2010. Pretty sure I purchased it long before that though.
not sure I'd spend the time fixing it.
Mind if ya got some spare time...... Linux64-RB2.0 would be nice (oh & 4 Raspberry Pi)
