I am in the process of creating a .TKN utility to be run from the IDE. If the .TKN references a 3rd party DLL, does the DLL have to reside in the directory in which the .TKN is located or the directory in which the IDE is running?
PS: How does one go about creating a lesson?

Walt, it is just the .tkn and renamed .exe that need to be in the same folder. The .exe assumes it will find the .tkn in the current working directory. The .dll can follow all normal rules of access in windows. So path and permissions. If the .dll is shipped with the .tkn probably best kept with the .tkn. The user will most likely choose the destination.
The lesson browser allows new lessons to be created and saved as .lsn I have not used it much but if I remember correctly it is pretty easy to use.

The utility will be just a .TKN and designed to run from the active Liberty IDE so there will be just the .TKN and any supporting 3rd party DLLs in the end-user (coder's) directory.
I could not find a lesson browser. Looking at a .LSN file it appears that it would be easier to write my own lessons.

Yeah, in the IDE, File, New, Lesson gets you started with a blank lesson. Its simply a function the IDE provides.

Thank you, Rod. That gets me there.
Yes, Mr. Gundel. However, I must have been affected with half-hiemer's. I did not understand what to do.
That is impressive. I will play around with it when I get some time. There are a number of projects to complete first.
