Below is some simple code I've been testing for logic and use:
[main_menu] cls mms=0 print "*** MAIN MENU ***" print "(1) Tenant Menu" print "(2) Billing Menu" print "(3) Exit Program" print:input "Enter Selection: ";mms select case mms case mms = 1 goto [tenant_menu] case mms = 2 goto [billing_menu] case mms = 3 goto [term_prog] case else print "INVALID INPUT. TRY AGAIN" for w=1 to 2000000 'delay going back to Main Menu next w goto [main_menu] end select
I do have more code that is related to GOTO lables listed. Everything compiles fine.
The code works fine for a selection of "1" or "2" which takes me to the menus listed in the corresponding label. But it doesn't recognize "3" as a valid selection.
What am I not doing correctly? Please remember that I'm an old school GWBASIC guy slowly learning the differences in LB.
Thank you!
Joe

Never mind. I figured it out. The "mms = 1" and such should not be there. Just the number is expected. Live and learn!
