I recently switched laptops and my 'Enter name:' and "Enter password:" do not work. Any ideas? Thanks!

Do you mean, your registration code for LB?
If so, what version do you have installed, and what version is your license for?
The most common issues with license keys not being accepted we've had in the last few years(barring simple typos) is trying to use LB Pro keys on default LB, or vice-versa, and trying to use the old SILVER licenses.
LB keys are not compatible with LB Pro installs, and LB Pro keys will not unlock LB installs.
So, to clarify - What version of LB do you have installed? LB or Pro?
What version is your license for? LB? Pro? Is it a silver license?
