Hello again.... Is it possible to remove a style bit while adding one? I am trying to get my window to open as a pallet window but remove the resizing capability, yet its only removing one style bit and not adding the other. Why would this be?
NOMAINWIN
WindowWidth = 679 : WindowHeight = 546
UpperLeftX = INT((DisplayWidth-WindowWidth)/2)
UpperLeftY = INT((DisplayHeight-WindowHeight)/2)
[ControlSetupMemo]
TexteditorColor$ = "White"
texteditor #memo.editor, 0, 70, 665, 410
'stylebits #handle.ext, _WS_MAXIMIZEBOX OR _WS_DLGFRAME, 0, 0, 0
'stylebits #memo, 0, 0, _WS_EX_PALETTEWINDOW, 0stylebits #memo, 0, 0, _WS_EX_PALETTEWINDOW OR stylebits #handle.ext, 0, _WS_SIZEBOX OR _WS_DLGFRAME, 0, 0_WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW, 0
stylebits #memo, 0, _WS_SIZEBOX, 0, 0
stylebits #memo, 0, 0, _WS_EX_PALETTEWINDOW, 0
Open "Memo Editor" for window as #memo
#memo "trapclose [quitmemo]"
#memo "font ms_sans_serif 10"
[loop1]
Wait
[quitmemo]
close #memo
wait

The window_nf function worked for me
stylebits #memo, 0, 0, _WS_EX_PALETTEWINDOW, 0
Open "Memo Editor" for Window_nf as #memo
