This wasn't a problem in Win XP but is with Win 10 for some reason.
Sometimes...like 1 out of six times, I'll run a program using the Sublime editor build function that basically just starts LB with the -R parameter and file name. It works great, but every once in a while, the program and editor open behind the Sublime window.
I tried the Stylebits _MS_VISIBLE and _WS_EX_TOPMOST. Neither made a consistent difference. Although, once the indow was brought up manually, _WS_EX_TOPMOST did force the LB window to "float" on top, but the occasional problem still persisted.
Is there a way to force an LB program to open on top of all other windows that may be more consistent in this case?
I even tried setting _WS_EX_TOPMOST and then immediately removing it, which solved the "float" problem, but the problem persisted.
I suspect I may have outsmarted myself by using a run command to "tskill /a liberty", hide when closing the program to clean things up, or perhaps Sublime is doing something. Not sure.

I don't see this on Windows at all, but on the Mac all the time.

Huh. So here's a monkey wrench in the soup...I'm running Windows 10 in Parallels on a Mac. Surely, that's me grasping at straws, right? If I was running in Coherence mode, maybe. Very odd.
It's almost like it's a window sequence issue. You know how when you run a program multiple times, it opens each window a little lower and to the right? I'm thinking, it might be opening each time in a different "layer" and one of the six layers is behind everything. Again, I'm just spit ballin' here.

I understand. And I agree completely. It must be something I tweaked at one point and forgot what I did. I'm already behind the eight ball by running LB 4 from Sublime on Parallels on a Mac. Phew!
